Catholic Health must address the staffing crisis:

- Staff struggle to keep patients safe, hospital rooms clean with so few staff
- Wages are stagnant
- Our benefits are under attack
Our Demands:
- Staffing ratios
- Competitive raises and pay based on experience
- No takeaways to our benefits
- One contract to unite and raise standards at all 3 hospitals
